Storyline:
Beast Movie Download: Sun Pictures produced and directed Beast, an action comedy in Tamil-language. It stars Pooja Hegde and Selvaraghavan, as well as Ankur Vikal. The story centers on an ex-RAW agent who attempts to rescue hostages in a shopping center by terrorists.
Sun Pictures acquired the production rights to Vijay’s 65th film, tentatively called Thalapathy 65. AR Murugadoss was scheduled to direct and write the film. After he refused to accept a cut in his remuneration, Murugadoss was fired by the producers. Nelson was hired later and wrote a new script.
The film was officially announced in December 2020. Principal photography began in April 2021 and finished that December. Filming was done in various locations around Chennai, including an adapted set that resembled a shopping center. There were also sporadic shoots in Delhi and Georgia. Anirudh composed the music, Manoj Paramahamsa handled cinematography, R. Nirmal edited, and D. R. K. Kiran supervised production design.
On 13 April 2022, Beast was released in cinemas. While the film received mixed reviews, praises were given to the cast, action sequences and cinematography. Nelson’s direction was also praised. However, critics expressed concern about the pacing and predictability of the screenplay. It grossed approximately Rs236.90-250.05 million worldwide, making it one of the most successful Tamil films and one of the best-reviewed post-COVID-19 films.
