Storyline:
Shang Chi Movie Download a 2021 American superhero movie, is based on Marvel Comics and features Shang Chi. It is the 25th film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and was produced by Marvel Studios. Destin Daniel Cretton directed the film, based on a screenplay he co-wrote with Dave Callaham. The film stars Simu Liu playing Shang-Chi, alongside Awkwafina and Meng’er Zhang. Fala Chen, Florian Munteanu and Benedict Wong.
Michelle Yeoh and Ben Kingsley are also featured. The film shows Shang-Chi confronting his past after his father Wenwu, the leader of Ten Rings, pulls Shang-Chi (and his sister Xialing) into a search to find a mythical village. Although a film about Shang-Chi was developed in 2001, it wasn’t until December 2018 that work began in earnest. Callaham was hired to direct the project. Cretton joined Marvel in March 2019. The project was quickly accelerated as it was the first Marvel film to feature an Asian lead. The title of the film and the primary cast were revealed in July.
This revealed the film’s connections to the Ten Rings organization that previously appeared throughout the MCU and its leader Wenwu. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, the first Marvel Studios film to feature an Asian director and a majority Asian cast, is the Legend of the Ten Rings. Filming began in Sydney, in February 2020. However, filming was halted in March by the COVID-19 pandemic. Filming resumed in August and was completed in October. The additional shooting took place in San Francisco.
