Storyline:
Thalaivi Movie Download: Thalaivii is a 2021 Indian biographical drama film that is based upon the story of Indian politician and actress J. Jayalalithaa. The film features Kangana Ranaut in the role of Jayalalithaa as well as Arvind Swami in the role of M. G. Ramachandran. As well as Raj Arjun as R. M. Veerappan. Filmed simultaneously in Tamil in both Tamil and Hindi the film is produced by A. L. Vijay and written by Madhan Karky (Tamil) and Rajat Arora (Hindi). Thalaivii’s production is handled by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R Singh from Vibri Motion Pictures and Karma Media And Entertainment respectively.
The film also stars Nassar, Bhagyashree, Raj Arjun, Madhoo, Thambi Ramaiah Shamna Kasim and Samuthirakani in support roles. The background score, music as well as soundtrack for both languages was written by G. V. Prakash Kumar. The film was officially launched on the day of Jayalalithaa’s birth anniversary, the 24th of February, 2019. The film was initially named Thalaivi in Tamil as well as Jaya in Hindi However, the filmmakers later planned to release it with the name Thalaivi in Hindi too.
The film’s principal shoot began on November 10, 2019, and concluded in the month of December in 2020. Its debut was delayed because of a spike in COVID-19-related cases and the locking down in Maharashtra. The film was later scheduled to be released on the 10th of September in 2021 with the title of Thalaivii. The film was made on a budget of 100 crores. The film made Rs4.75 crore in its initial week of release and was a box-office success. The film received mixed favorable reviews upon its release.
